Elevate helps me order food when I'm on the way to the library or I just don't feel like cooking. It's super easy to use and pay for.
Elevate is a good meal plan if you're looking to possibly save money. It also helps organize all of your restaurants in one place. However, not every restaurant participates, and for some of them you can't order in advance. Overall, I think it could potentially help save money but is a bit of hassle to get there.
Elevate is a great way for college students to get access to food from nearby restaurants, at flexible hours. While many of the offerings aren’t particularly amazing, it is still a nice resource to get food from the restaurants you love as well as find new places in your town.
Elevate is okay, there are certain shops like Roots or Tropical Smoothie where the value is cheaper than spending your own money, but I don't know if it's worth it to buy the meal packs unless you don't like cooking or you have a lot of time left in college.
Elevate is very convenient for students to use and has a large number of options available. However, sometimes I doubt if I actually save any money.
Elevate makes it easy to get meals on the corner. They offer a lot of options, but it is still pricey for a meal plan.
Elevate Meal Plan is a better, healthier, and cheaper alternative to an on-campus meal plan that schools offer. The problem is that there are not many restaurant options.
Elevate Meal Plan is the same price, if not a little cheaper, per meal compared to U'Michigan's standard meal plans. In this economy, why not support your local small businesses that partner with Elevate?
Elevate's main value proposition is convenience. As a student who does not always have time to cook, especially just for one, Elevate is a good source of meals.
Fine way to prepay for off campus food. Unsure it’s much of a savings compared with just paying with a more traditional method
I enjoy elevate as it allows me to conveniently pick up food from my favorite places on the corner. However, sometimes the restaurants take longer than they say they will (mostly Crozet). Also, I wish that the full menu was available at some of the restaurants.
I have had elevate for 2 years now, I think the best aspect of it is how convenient it is. Advanced ordering makes everything easier. For UVA, it has almost every place on the corner on the app.
I like Elevate because of the variety and convenience. But, the prices have gone up and I’ve seen a lot of meals go for 1.25-2 swipes now.
The app is a good concept. It could be improved by better communication of orders to restaurants and more options of places to order from.
Very convenient. Not very cost effective. Not good for custom orders.
Elevate is a fun way to try out new spots in town. That said, I always wish my meals or points went further.
Elevate is great, with quick service and timely alerts. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a lot of options within walking distance of my campus, so I end up eating at basically the same two places, which can get boring really quick.
Elevate is a good way to try new restaurants and get food quickly when you’re on the go. However, be aware that one meal credit does not necessarily equal one meal.
I love Elevate for the variety of food options and that it encourages me to try new local restaurants. When I purchased my meals, most of the options on Elevate were cost-effective and of good value. Nowadays, the food options are still great, but not nearly as good of a value.
There are not a lot of food options. Elevate overcharges on every meal. Order ahead option is usually convenient
It’s great for parents who just want to control how much their kid spends at college on food, but if you’re trying to save money it doesn’t really do much. Advance ordering is nice for the places that do it.
Elevate is really convenient if you are living near the corner at UVA are are not buying a school meal plan. There are a lot of great options for food to eat. The only downside is that some of the food options on the app are overpriced.
Convenient option that features ordering in advanced and a good selection of local places
The concept is great! However, the base prices just aren’t competitive enough for me to be a repeat customer. If you find deals (I got 20% off) then it is completely worth it!
Elevate is fast and easy. I love being able to skip lines and order ahead.
